There really are no words for this.

I can't think of another player I've disliked as much as I dislike Howard.

I really want him to fail in spectacular fashion.

Sources told ESPN.com that Howard and his representatives -- in a handful of meetings with Lakers officials before he became a free agent July 1 -- strongly suggested the center would have a difficult time re-signing with Los Angeles if Bryant stayed with the franchise beyond the 2013-14 season, the final year of his contract.

So they probably should've told Kobe beforehand not to play the "I'll teach you how to win" angle.

That wasn't going to stop Kobe.

I think Kobe tries a little too hard with his tough guy image, but if there is anyone who needed to learn from it, it was Howard.

There was really a 0% chance that pairing was ever going to work. They are pretty much the polar opposite of one another.

it's gonna be Harden's (not Howard's) team in Houston for a decade.

Kobe wanted to express his superiority and frankly would rather drive Howard away than accept having Howard stay and eventually replace him as the #1 Laker

Maybe delusional in the sense that there's no way the Lakers would choose Dwight over Kobe as far as marketing and PR stuff goes.

As far as actual basketball reasons Kobe has at best 3 years left in him. Dwight on the other hand, assuming he's fully recovered from his injuries, should just now be entering the prime of his career. I'd take Dwight over Kobe going forward every time.

Call me when Kobe leads a team to the finals with Rashard Lewis and Hedo fking Turkoglu as his best teammates.

I know y'all aren't late on this....? Right? Dude is ALMOST clinically insane. Being good at basketball is WAAAAAAAAY down the list on things he's concerned with. And honestly thats fine. Although we'd all like to see someone as physically gifted as him dominate. If he doesn't wanna do that them fine.

But this mother fricker tries to get storied franchises to dump top ten all time players for himself to stay! I don't get how people don't see it. Dwight Howard is insane...

There's something wrong with him..

Seriously? Seriously? Can you please post his career stats? Dwight Howard is the most underachieving athlete OF ALL TIME. I feel like I'm in an episode of the twighlight zone right now.

Are you really taking that stance? Comparing Howard's credentials to Kobe's?
