Have about 6 premade burger patties in the fridge. We don't want hamburgers again, can't suggestions besides throwing them away?

Thanks!

Can't you just chunk them up as you're browning them and use for meat sauce for spaghetti or for stuffed bell peppers or sloppy joes or rice dressing (or anything you'd use ground beef for)?

Mine were riceless, but most people like to have rice. Quinoa would be excellent as well.

And don't forget sloppy joes.

I know how you kids love your sloppy joes.

Sidebar, but has anyone got any suggestions for miniature stuffed peppers? I'd really like to get these into a managable size for football season, a 6 month period I don't use plates.

Those peppers look great. I stopped parboiling the peppers before stuffing them, years ago. They cook up perfectly when baked and the color is better. I don't think that step is needed.

My time decreases each time I make them. Are they still pretty tender? I don't like much of a crunch.

I still parboil. I like a very tender pepper. Maybe I don't bake them long enough?

And now I'm making stuffed peppers, btw.

Looks good, LSURoss!

Mine are very tender after baking. I eat the entire pepper when I eat a stuffed pepper. There's no firmness or crunch. I like them cooked for this dish. I found them to be pretty mushy with both parboiling and baking. Next time you make them, keep one raw and bake it to see if it's too your liking. I don't like boiling lasagna noodles or bell peppers. I will do whatever it takes to avoid it.

Making them tonight. I like to eat the entire pepper, too. What temp are you baking? 350? I might be too lazy to try it two ways and just skip the parboiling!
