Or am I the only one dumb enough to head out in the morning to capture some reds? Forecast has low winds and seemingly a window in the am with only a 40% chance of rain.

At big lake. Will definitely be out early, like on the lake at 5 early. Was supposed to go out this afternoon but had a little storm come through and bring some wind.

I'm gonna check the weather in the morning and if it looks like I'll have a few hours of clear skies, I'm on the water.

Just got back from GI, fished the bridge 20mph winds. Helped the guy next to me pull in a 35lb red.

I may get out depending on what these storms do in the next three to four hours. We are either going to Dulac or Buras. Where would the OB go with an eye on the weather?

Went down to Reggio. Stayed dry except for a 20 minute shower. 3 of us caught 13 reds, 2 drum, 2 trout amd a flounder. Definitely worth it.

Yeah, it's been like 3 weeks since I last fished. I'm getting antsy.
Fished some new to me old locations last trip and were catching. Weather ran us off, but I'm interested in trying them again.
