Probably a serval. There used to be a guy who bred them in Grand Coteau. Uninformed folks might say it looks more like a ocelot, but they would be wrong.

Someone needs to send this to Uncle Si somehow...apparently their are black panthers in LA.

There are no such thing as black panthers. Some jaguars in the rainforest are dark in color, but not in N. America
