Pizza hut and crown.

I'm going back on the paleo wagon tomorrow, so time to enjoy this last bit of bad food.

Good thing, I was cleaning up my garage thinking how I could fit a buffalo in there.

My neighbor has their 6 acres high fenced solid wood. Maybe I'll just turn it loose in their yard. They do t mind my dog wandering over there. A buffalo would hardly be noticed. He could graze their orchard

I found it a lot easier to follow then most of the other kind of diets. I was afraid of losing energy from lack of carbs but I really didn't feel any different at all.

As far as weight loss/body fat goes, I couldn't tell you. I'm already pretty low body fat so it was hard to notice anything visually. I also never weigh myself and wasn't really trying to lose any weight so don't know there either.

Mick Ultras and a grilled venison backstrap.

I am awfully jealous at the boxed wine. I used to consume an entire box in one sitting and all hell would break loose. Thank god those days are behind me.
