What chance does Brasil have on Sunday?

Home crowd and Neymar but would love to see a win but doubt it. Thoughts anyone?

I'll take Brazil. Spain was outplayed for much of the game today (at least in the first 90 minutes). Busquets was invisible and I've never been impressed with Arbeloa.
I wonder if Spain starts Navas on Sunday. He was their best player yesterday.

Italy just played Spain off the pitch but unfortunately don't have a goal scorer who could finish one of the 6-7 fantastic chances they created.
Brazil don't have the grit or tactical discipline of Italy but they can score goals so it should be an entertaining game that Brazil have every chance to win.

would Italy have won if Balotelli played?

I mean I don't have a crystal ball but it was pretty clear a goal scorer was the only thing that kept Italy from winning the game. The chances were aplenty.

Gilardino was offsides so many times. It was like watching vintage El Hadji Diouf

They´re at home
They´ll get the calls
They´re fresher
A lot.

Spain has Don Inniesta. That has to count for something.

The Italians were set up perfectly to beat Spain, but didn't finish their chances. I don't know if Brazil, Scolari specifically, will admit the technical superiority of the Spaniards, and design the side to stop the Spanish from playing their game.

The last place you want to play Brazil is in Brazil.

Scolari is definitely pragmatic enough to do what gives his team the best chance to win.

The fact that they have an extra day off and played a shorter game has to count for something. I'm sure Spain is pretty tired right now.

Yeah, Scolari is one of the most defensive of all the Brazilian coaches. But this time around, I think it's because the team just lacks firepower up top with all of the stars in their late 20s and early 30s becoming druggies besides Kaka, along with Fabiano just being a bit too old to contribute, I suppose.

I'm definitely out of the loop, who became druggies from Brazil??
