this lasagna is LEGIT, I had it for the second time last night and it's real solid, a little ceasar salad and some garlic toast and you got an Italian meal on your hands.

+1 Legit.

Gotta go oven, though, no microwave, to get the crispy edges on the top.

for sure, it takes a long time though. I can't think of any other frozen meal that's as good.

I never tried the peppers i need to do that.

sometime you don't have time to go eat and you def don't have time to whip up a gourmet dinner, there is a place in the kitchen for some stouffers, its ok.

Those things take something like 45 minutes to cook in the oven I'm pretty sure.
Very unhealthy stuff that isn't all that good.

they take 80 minutes to cook for the smaller one, but I just put it on , and went about my business, and then came back later.

Is that what you call it now?

ETA: I guess it is serious business.

yeah i know, but if you don't have time to stand in the kitchen and prep or go get ingredients, it's nice to throw something in and forget it.

Agreed.
Next time, turn it down to 250' and cook for 3.5 hours. Much better low and slow. Or try it in a crockpot.

ETA: I think MD had a pic thread on that.

Yeah, if you've never had actual lasagna. I've fallen for that pretty picture on the box before, those things are awful, look nothing like the box (surprise, surprise), and take forEVER to cook. I was seriously mad at myself for waiting all that time to eat that bullshite. It's about on par with any Lean Cuisine Italian offering.

Baked salmon and roasted Parmesan asparagus. 10 minutes cook. 3 minutes prep. Make a honey glaze and add another minute...

However last time I ate a Stouffer's lasagna I destroyed it.
