Now's a good time to get into Rugby.
Hockey, and the NBA are done. College baseball is over, and you've already wore out all your women's beach volleyball reruns.

Football is still a solid 3 months away, so why not fill that big time sports void with some Rugby?

Highlights from "The Greatest Game Ever Played"

Some great scores from the Junior World Championships this year

Great Hits & Scores (called tries)

Motivational Hits & Tries

Best 3 minutes of any sport you'll ever see!

There are plenty of full games you could watch, so if you're wanting to know where to start, just ask some of the rugby fans on here.

Isn't this 7's time?

This was the one time of year I hated thinking of rugby. Too hot.

Would stroke.

Generally, yes. Summers are 7s season but there are a lot of good 15s test matches during the summer.

I highly recommend watching the Lions v Austraila game for anyone looking for a good and exciting intro to rugby.

I played for Rummel in high school at the gretna pitch.

It was one of the greatest times of my life.

Anyone else heading to Charleston for the Eagles/Canada match in August?

My club rescheduled our annual golf tourney because so many of us are going.

My old rugby club hosts a Summer 7's tournament every year in San Diego. Great tournament, killer venue (San Diego is not to be missed for MANY reasons) and a good bunch of guys.

LINK

If any of you Louisiana ruggers make it out there, let me know how you liked it.

Esteban B. I'm afraid to give last names because he is my first cousin. Anonymity.

He should be in his early 30's now, so I wonder when he will retire from the game.

If he is the lock who used to play for Edinburgh, he is pretty good.

I've had a couple friends say they'd like to learn more about the game. I'm glad there's so many different outlets now, because 5-6 years ago when I was trying to learn, there wasn't many sources.

Nostradamus....do you follow Rugby league?

The Origin is tonight (your time) and should be a battle as Queensland is in jeopardy of losing the shield for the first time in quite a few years
