Great win! It feels great to finally be the team that scores a shitload even if it's against a team like Sunderland. Now let's win the rest and sneak into the champions league somehow. Back to 0 GD!

How insane would that be if Arsenal somehow lose 2 down the stretch and Everton lose to both Manchester teams... My head would explode!!!

The GD for a team like us is pretty funny

Won't matter much if we don't hold serve the rest of the season against bottom-half clubs. We SHOULD....but we've all been here before.

BUT, good win today. Nice performance. And, Gylfi gets on the pitch and scores....who would have guessed it.

And I'm back from ban land... Not too sad that I couldn't post about recent weeks.

Glad that we looked awesome today!

If we could just play a lil d in the first half we'd be. Blowing teams out. Glad Kane and Eriksen continue to be good

So when Europa finally means something next season, we won't even be in it

Good result today. That's what is expected against a team in the relegation zone, even if it was pretty ugly.

Has anyone else noticed that the lazy Adebayor seems to be coming through again? Not a good sign.

I don't think goals motivate ade. I think he needs something to play for.

Wow this thread really died the last month or so. Been missing some incredible Ericksen play(minus today) if you gave up on this team

I don't thank anyone has given up on the team....but there's really nothing left to play for, speaking abouve standings and European leagues. Personally, I don't care if we do or don't qualify for Europa. I've seen the strain it can put on a club that's already suffering from injuries. The reward just isn't worth the risk, IMO.

That being said, Eriksen has been playing some fantastic ball. He's definitely someone we need to retool around.

That being said, Frank de Boer has CONFIRMED that Spurs have approached Ajax regarding him. Just trying to remember the realistic list of potential candidates for the position, he would be my front runner.

Might as well start listing out the rumors surrounding the club for the upcoming season as we come across them:
- Spurs interested in Balotelli?
- Mauricio Pochettino has emerged as Tottenham's number one managerial target?
- Inter reportedly targeting Vertonghen this summer.

This would be great, even as a Chelsea fan. I miss getting to regularly keep up with his antics

I'm honestly on the fence about it. On one hand, we desperately need help up front.....but do we really need the baggage he brings?

Supposedly Frank de Boer turned them down after AVB was fired and is still not interested. If Southampton loses all there top talent then we would hopefully get there coach!
