this is why LSU has the best fans in the country.

not every team's fan base would do this.

Yeah, dreamed about playing at LSU, dedicated his whole life to it, walked on at LSU as a freshman, only to get cut, play JUCO, come back, suffered a heart breaking loss to Stony Brook, ALL so he could have nice hair.

you forgot the fact that he paid his own way through LSU even though he deserved a scholarship so that LSU could go get someone to help them win it all.

Such an unselfish person, and player.

doesn't matter, how many other players turn down a baseball scholarship to say, "go out and get someone who needs it"

I feel really bad for the guy. He feels like he let everyone down and in reality, we arent in Omaha without him. He was a leader in every way and just fell into a slump.

Yes, this is the prevailing thought on the board.

But taking a dump on Raph will make it all better, huh? Raph cares about his hair. We care about baseball!

I feel bad for him. His slump just came at the worst possible time. I appreciate what he's done.

I have no problem with this

but as other posters have said, its one thing to be in a bitter mode about our showing in omaha its another thing to bash the players for one bad showing after a long loyal career at LSU.
