Anyone else reconsidering their trip to Omaha?

Is there any sort of coordinated effort to designate a tailgate area for LSU fans? Nowhere but nowhere to tailgate, from all the reports I've read. AND the cops will be "cracking down"? Ugh. No thanks.
Will drive the 6 hours down for the Tues, Wed Champ Series games if they make it, but I'll be out of Omaha the second it's over, now.

Why can't you go, have a few beers in the parking lot and watch the game? Or just find a bar then take a cab to the stadium if you want to get hammered

So you are going to cancel a great trip because you can't find a place to tailgate and drink? wow, its probably best that you dont go.
I drove up in '09 right after I graduated and stayed for 8 nights, it was awesome. I'm flying out Saturday morning this year, and will fly back for championship series.

It will still be a blast and if you can't figure out a way to go and have fun watching LSU play, you should probably reconsider your life.

Yea if he's not gonna make the trip because he might not be able to get hammered right by the stadium, he may have bigger problems... like being an alcoholic

Last year we had a couple tents set up in a parking lot outside of the stadium and just put coozies on our beers. They also have a set up "tailgate" where they sell beer and food and they have tvs and bands that play at night. They just check your ID when you come in and put on a wristband. This is right outside the Mattress Factory
