I like mixing some andouille with ground chuck...a little more than 1/3 sausage

I had a 50% ground chuck 50% chorizo burger at local 463 Monday night that was the tits. I've also had a 50% chuck 50% ground bacon that was great as well.

Toups Meatery does this. I prefer just beef.

I do it with ground pork all the time (2 to 1) but sausage sounds interesting.

Plain pork I could see, groung Italian sausage would be a no. 2/3 1/3.

ground chuck 80-20 with green onion pork sausage is good, did it once, more work than I thought (by hand, no mixer)

2-1 ratio, use cajun fresh sausage

We use Italian or green onion goat sausage Since the sausage is pretty spicy, you just have to add plain ground round, bread crumbs, Lea & Perrins. Mix together and grill the burgers.
