Just saying the fact that the two most successful programs in the state are K-12 isn't an accident.

ETA: OCS is K-12 as well btw.

Curtis and WM both put in more time, effort, and money into their football programs than anyone else. Do you think that could be a reason why they are the most successful?

I have heard this line about so many schools it is ridiculous. Whatever school is winning at the time is holding back players

considering state rules on what PUBLIC schools can do... WM probably puts in a little less time than curtis does... just saying..

they don't play public school politics... they don't keep coaches around who are 1-19 against the Catholic schools for example

That is life. In all aspects of life some people will have advantages. I can think of an advantage public schools have, it is free.

All schools have the same limitations per the LHSAA

PBS and ND don't do it...

but news paper articles prove it for one...

and for two others.. when ALL of their kids on 13 year old baseball team are in the 6th grade.. that 's a little odd.

Yeah WM actually practices very little time wise, or at least we did when I was there. Always half shell and typically 90 minutes or so with 45 or so in the film room prior. Colleges actually came in to study how efficient practices were conducted.

Another point made. Yall seperated yourselves by having such good coaching even colleges wanted to check it out. But most will just say, WM recruits and holds players back. Its unfair........

Go look at the college players Curtis produces. They arent even top 10 in louisna for producing big time D1 recruits. This year and last year may be a different story

You also mentioned

quote:

I have watched Curits play plenty of public schools with twice the size and speed, and Curtis blows them off the field.

So there are schools out there that also have 280 lb OL across the board?

I have no clue what Curtis has this year, but i have watched them play teams such as St. Aug, Karr, etc over the years who had twice the size and D1 prosepects, and Curits dominated them with x's and o's

I wouldn't say twice the size... maybe D1 prospects.

But, Curtis' teams always have their fair share of behemoths.
