CBS Primtime game: Nov. 9th (likely LSU-Bama)

CBS has released its 2013 schedule and Nov 9th is the day of the primtime game: Official CBS schedule
Other SEC games Nov. 9th:
TBD Vanderbilt @ Florida
TBD Appalachian State @ Georgia
TBD Missouri @ Kentucky
TBD Arkansas @ Ole Miss
TBD Mississippi State @ Texas A&M
TBD LSU @ Alabama
TBD Auburn @ Tennessee

Still not fair we have to play Bama, TAMU every year and now FLA and UG. Hope they get these schedules fixed.

Well, we need to win game 1 in order for there to be a game 2 vs. Bama. At least we know the rules this time.

I figure the only reason that they haven't scheduled the rematch yet is because theoretically Bama could win the regular season game...in that instance, there would be no reason for the two teams to play again, of course.

Correct. As I said, at least we know the rules now. We have to win Game 1 to have a game 2...unless of course UK an UT can steal one from the Gumps.

I don't remember them locking into a primetime game that late in the season this early in advance before. It's always been scheduled in late September or early October. Can't see it being any other matchup out of those.

I think CBS picks this as their yearly primetime game. How many CBS primetime games does that make for LSU now? Anyone have a clue?

Is it not as simple as that? It's 11 v 11 on a 100 yard field man. Not to mention something occurring one time in the sports history shouldn't be viewed as a definitive probability. That's tin foil hat if I've ever seen it
