I've had people tell me before that the key to a great lobster is it being fresh. These grocery stores have lobsters sitting in their tanks for too long.

Restaurant depot has them in bulk and probably just as cheap or cheaper than you will be able to order them for.

hard core, industrial strength oxigenation, solves this problem.

I´ve seen critters last a week or more, and be perfect.

Does it really matter if you're just going to boil the shite out of them?

they are still alive, arent they?

at what point do they lose freshness?

yeah, the flesh or meat gets insipid and sloppy textured.

keep them babies in highly oxigenated cold wáter, and the flesh is still firm.

We've got the 24 lobsters from that guy. Needed it for Sunday and the lobsters arrived Saturday. Great lobsters. Would recommend.
