you might want to valuate these parts lower since a lot of them can be purchased brand new for cheaper than the prices you listed.

Wrong.

Used parts are inherently more valuable than their new counterparts.

You'll be able to play everything at 60+ (probably more like 75+) FPS on 1440p pretty easily. The only game I can see being taxing is crysis 3

eta: in case you werent aware, a 1440p screen is 400% more than a standard 720p and requires HDMI 1.3 to run properly.

i assumed he new something and was just acting as console peasants often do. i mean he did start a thread trying to quantify the value of a gaming pc vs console didnt he? is it too much to expect that person to know something about the subject matter?
