Does this mean he will not be able to play the whole season because of he has to be in the house by 9 pm?

Do the OT Lawyers know if there is still a chance for him to motion against this ruling?

Sorry I have been out of the country for 2 weeks.

And search and me are no longer friends.....

Thanks in advance

He will be able to play but I don't think Les will allow it anyways so its a moo point.

I think there's supposed to be a hearing in mid-August or something.

It's gonna be one helluva boring arse summer for Jeremy Hill.

EDIT: "Hill is scheduled to return to court Aug. 16 for a review."

From The BR Advocate: [link=(Hill is scheduled to return to court Aug. 16 for a review.)]LINK[/link].

Yes he will not be able to travel with the team also. Because he need to be in his house by 9 pm. Also he will have to leave the game at the start of the 3 rd quarter and go home.

FWIW, a player from Zero U was arrested for passing out on a hill in Normal OK. What in the world is going on?

A curfew during probation is a standard condition and not something as serious as home confinement. The standard language is the curfew is imposed "unless it conflicts with a work schedule." In Hill's case, I assume the curfew was tailored for a student athlete to include approved extracurricular activities, like football games.

I just hope the judge isn't a Tulane alum.
