SERIE A
I made up a 21 and Under Team for Serie A this season. I'd be interested to see any people may have for other leagues.
Guidelines:
1. must be 21 or under
2. selections based on the amount they actually played and contributed and NOT "potential" to be a star.
GK: Mattia Perin PESCARA via GENOA (Italy, 20)
CB: Marquinhos AS ROMA (18, Brazil)
CB: Juan Jesus INTER MILAN (21, Brazil)
LB: Mattia De Sciglio AC MILAN (20, Italy)
RB: Marco Faraoni UDINESE (21, Italy)
MF: Pedro Obiang SAMPDORIA (21, Spain)
MF: Paul Pogba JUVENTUS (20, France)
MF: Alessandro Florenzi AS ROMA (21, Italy)
or MF: Adem Ljajic FIORENTINA (21, Serbia)
FWD: Stephan El-Sharawaay AC MILAN (20, Italy)
FWD: Mattia Destro AS ROMA (21 Italy)
FWD: Erik Lamela AS ROMA (21, Argentina)
Others:
DEF Juan Quintero PESCARA (20, Colombia). CB Marco Capuano PESCARA (21, Italy), FWD Paolo Dybala PALERMO (19, Argentina), FWD Mauro Icardi SAMPDORIA (20, Argentina), FWD Lorenzo Insigne NAPOLI (21, Italy), FWD Manolo Gabbiadini BOLOGNA via JUVENTUS (20, Italy)

Did you mean to have 12 on the team?
And that is an insane midfield and attack. Roma have their hands on some great young talent.

I didn't mean to have 12 but really couldn't leave out any four of those midfielders. I'll edit it as a "tie" between Florenzi and Ljajic.
Yeah, Roma's looking pretty good for the future if we just add a defender and one more quality midfielder this summer and keep getting players experience.

too bad you couldnt count verratti on an Italy side...
I dont have time, but I think from LFC alone, you could have
Andre Wisdom (RB)
Raheem Sterling (RW/RM)
Coutinho (CAM or LW/LM)
Romelu Lukaku (ST) Chelsea
Luke Shaw (LB) South hampton
Oscar (CAM) Chelsea
Jack Wilshere (CM) Arsenal
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (winger??) Arsenal

I'll do one for MLS, even though the season is only a couple months old. Past years will play a large part...with the exception of Yedlin (young defenders in MLS with experience are very hard to find).
MLS U-21 BEST XI
GK: Zac MacMath PHILADELPHIA UNION (21, USA)
DF: Doneil Henry TORONTO FC (20, Canada)
DF: Deandre Yedlin SEATTLE SOUNDERS (19, USA)
DF: Andrew Jean-Baptiste PORTLAND TIMBERS (21, USA)
MF: Luis Gil REAL SALT LAKE (19, USA)
MF: Perry Kitchen DC UNITED (21, USA)
MF: Kelyn Rowe NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION (21, USA)
MF: Jose Villarreal LOS ANGELES GALAXY (19, USA)
FW: Fabian Castillo FC DALLAS (21, Colombia)
FW: Juan Agudelo NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION (20, USA)
FW: Joao Plata REAL SALT LAKE (21, Ecuador)
SUBS
FW: Jack McInerney PHILADELPHIA UNION (21, USA), FW: Danny Mwanga COLORADO RAPIDS (21, DR CONGO/USA), MF: Gershon Koffie VANCOUVER WHITECAPS (21, Ghana), MF: Roger Torres PHILADELPHIA UNION (21, Colombia), DF: Karl Ouimette MONTREAL IMPACT (20, Canada), DF: Andrew Farrell NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION (21, USA), GK: Richard Sanchez FC DALLAS (19, Mexico)

HM to McInerney
He was my #4 on the forwards. He's had a great start to this season and finished well last year, but the other three guys have been just a bit better.
I'm planning on putting together a list of subs.

I thought so. Felt like he required mentioning because of his start to this season.
Interested to see your list of substitutes. I recognize all of the names on your first 11 but wouldn't be able to actually put a list together because of my inconsistency in following MLS.

I think Ben Davies (LB Swansea) should get some love here
