Feel the same as I did yesterday and day before, also feel the same about grown people making negative assumptions about future LSU recruits that they have no clue about! Feel ok, you?

Idk where y'all get that from because the whole article doesn't say that at all?? Mayb that one little piece of article makes it sound that way but if you read the whole thing it sounds like he's sayn if a school doesn't PLAN to offer he doesn't want to waste his time BUT the article says LSU does PLAN to offer at camp, MEANING he will more then likely go since they PLAN to offer. It also says that LSU OC Cam Cameron told him he would go to his HS and watch him personally, so apparently Cam is interested. Boy y'all sure are hard to get thru to ain't y'all. Need some more comprehension skills peeps!

It's not just hard -- it's impossible. Save yourself the effort and GTFO.

Sounds to me like Bama is trying to get LSU to take the bait and offer Harris. I trust Cam to make the right decision, and Harris will likely get an offer if Rudolph and Kizer slp through the cracks.

I talked to one of Parkway's coaches about it tonight. They could care less if he comes to camp.

Harris has an offer and can commit to Alabama per their OC

i know it prolly has been said, but what is he waiting for, tell him to call nussmeier and commit.

quit bitching, there are plenty of kids that go to LSU to earn an offer, like tyrann and others like zhamel thomas that realy wasnt on LSU radar until he camped and got an offer.

Would you rather LSU tell him sorry no offer is coming you way or come to camp, let us evaluate you put you through our drills and see if we want to offer, because as of right now it is you dont have an offer and will not be getting one. Harris is at least third on the QB board Rudolph and kizer impress the coaches more then Harris, Harris has to separate himself from them.

What everyone is saying is that LSU cannot throw out hollow offers to kids in their own back yard like out of state programs can.
LSU is smart enough not to shite where they eat.

Who could care less - LSU, Alabama, Parkway's coaches? Be more specific.

There are many tools used to evaluate prospects other than camp. Surely you are reasonable enough to agree on this. The on-campus visits, film and watching prospects compete in GAMES are more than enough if not better tools for evaluation than watching a kid in no contact 7-on-7 throwing drills at camps

and right now LSU has at least 2 qbs ahead of harris using this standards, probably more.

Harris has to come to camp and see if he can separate himself from those two. You are acting like Harris is the only prospect asked to attend camps, he is not there are plenty they earn offers at the camps.

LSU can watch all the film and go to all the practices they want and it wont tell them if he can run their system, make the throws they need him to make, why because they are not running that practice or calling the plays. he comes to camp, LSU can put him through the drills they need to see if he is someone they are interested in. if he doesnt come to camp and earn an offer he has nothing to cry about later in the year if an offer never comes.

Let's see him try to commit to Bama right now and see how valid that offer is.

Exactly. Quality programs use the camps to validate committable offers. Most likely, the kid couldn't commit to Bama if he wanted. They would not take him without a workout. It's a bottom line system at LSU and I like it. If you aren't willing to work out for the coaches, then see ya. Prevot from Texas last year is a great example.

If LSU wants him so bad why can't they offer?

Lol, what an odd misassumption. Who says LSU "wants him so badly"?

Given the fact that LSU has not offered while many others have tend to indicate that LSU does NOT want him so badly.?

If he has any interest whatsoever in winning NCs he should accept that Bama offer yesterday.

Yeah and I bet everyone thought the same about Teddy Bridgewater, went after Jefferson instead or the Mississippi kid that left. Skipped out on Legueax or what ever also and he turned out pretty good. I'm pretty sure they decided not to offer RG3 also. Not sayn he will be any of those guys just sayn we haven't made the best choices as of late!!! He looks like a competitor to me and a confident guy? I also agree though if he the type that expects an offer from anyone not just LSU without proving himself we are better off without! I just haven't seen where he says this anywhere?!! We will see once camp comes, Cam seems interested, if he told him he's going to visit him at his HS??

Let me set you straight. Bridgewater had a offer and we wanted him. He did not like the Mett situation and we were not that high on Ely if my memory is correct and since we didn't offer him Bridgewater went elsewhere.

Threads on the RB nearly always become comical when people jump in to defend hometown kids.
