The fish, where are they?

I am one of the more serious fisherman I know, but because of work my boat hasn't seen the water since November. I happen to have a few days vacation this week and need to know what is being caught where. I usually fish lake Ponch/Maur and the pass in between. Also fish Amite and Tickfaw/Blood rivers. Venture over to lake Varette a cpl times a yr also. Any help is appreciated. I know the water is messed up everywhere but that's just something I'll have to deal with. TIA

Only positive reports I'm hearing are a from the south side of Verrett. Few bass and good bream bite.

Been catching bluegill and catfish in the south Verret area... Wouldn't bother messing with Amite river right now

I know what you mean. I haven't heard anything positive. Not a thing. It's depressing. I'm off through Thursday of this week and then I'll have another week off in about 2 weeks. After that I'm looking at a summer long turnaround. I was hoping to get in some good fishing before I'm locked down by that.

Breton sound and Venice were catching fish, but the front screwed Venice up.
