Not at all. Granted, what this doctor did was unprofessional and sick (as far as abortions go), but if someone had already accepted abortion as a morally legitimate medical procedure, then this would most likely not sway them.

I've seen some say it's a necessary evil, but no one, and I mean no one (if they agree with the "right or not") wants to think about the reality of what's happening: a child is dying because of either human negligence or risk taking.

Not is only FNC reports on it.

Did you see the segment where they showed the media reserved seating section?

Not a single 'journalist' showed up. The only time they media showed was for the DEFENSE closing argument.

unblievable

It is hard to bring something into a discussion that is being suppressed by the leftist media.

quote:

“For what it’s worth, I do think that those of us on the left have made a decision not to cover this trial because we worry that it’ll compromise abortion rights,” said Marc Lamont Hill, an associate professor at Columbia University and a frequent television analyst who advances liberal views. He made the comment during a HuffPost Live segment that looked at the media blackout.

Liberal commentator admits the left is avoiding Kermit Gosnell trial to protect abortion rights

Unlike most issues like religon, LIB's vs Conservative's, SEC vs Pac 10. I can argue with you, drink with you, Tap your sister if the opportunity presents itself.
But I draw the line at anything more than being civil to anyone that supports or chooses to ignor late / partial birth murder.

Willful blindness, Beachcomber, in many instances. The German people turned their heads too; lifetime roadblock to a good conscience.

I understand your feelings. Being an enabler is one step under endorsing the dastardly deeds. That's the way a lot of us feel about the rise of Authoritarian government, in the form of Progressivism. If it weren't for my Faith...I'd have bailed on the human race a long time ago.

There is both a personal and cultural price to pay for the whole abortion thing. It goes to a basic respect for humanity; a reverence for our form of life, realizing that we are indeed capable of feelings (Love) which lower forms are not. As such, if we erode the potential for that feeling, 'searing' our conscience and adopting such as a cultural norm...it indeed is a turn on to the one-way road to perdition.

Chaos on a massive scale. The Universe. All leading toward and ultimate union/re-union. Just a matter of how one (subjectively) percieves one's being...and one's 'reunion'.

I'd like to know how anyone who worked for Pennsylvania and had regulatory authority over that clinic and failed in their jobs miserably can sleep at night. Complaints were made and ignored for over 15 years. What were they doing all that time?

Their names should be published and their reputations subjected to pulic scrutiny.

losing sleep requires a conscience, the left doesn't have those, remember there is no right or wrong.

It'll have a modest effect, but the biggest effect has been modern technology. We've had instances where children born prematurely at five months have been saved, with no complications. Never mind children born at seven and eight months.

It's absolutely illogical to suggest that a child born prematurely at 8 months is human while a child in the womb at 8 months is just meaningless tissue. I think people are waking up to that.

They are running it tonight and I'm watching. It's on again at 10PM central tonight if you've missed it.

This guy actually killed babies after they were born. I can't see how that isn't murder in even the most radical view of abortion.

It's a disturbing case. The "See No Evil" program is pretty hard to watch. I'm not even talking about the long list of complaints against his practice regarding procedure, cleanliness, unlicensed nurses, and poor patient care.

The state didn't inspect for years while both patients and members of his staff were filing complaints. Are they potentially liable for some of the conditions of the clinic? What the hell are they doing in Philadelphia?
