It's actually a lot busier than the usual offseason right now. It'll probably die a lot more after the draft though.

WTF is there to talk about?
Posted on 5/3/13 at 9:45 pm to VOR
There's a good bit to talk about. Many things about the roster, salary, business, player markets.
There's not much stuff being spoon fed to people in the places they look for things to complain about, and that stifles conversation.

I was banned at this time last year, so yeah, it was probably pretty boring without me

I was about to post something about CC's absence . . but I didn't .

It's a little more pleasant here the past few days, actually.
I like it.
Sorting out the Lakers and Celtics situations is PLENTY on its own, isn't it?

In all honesty, which FA do y'all think we give the max contract to this summer? It seems none of them would be home run deals considering the amount of guap we'd have to pay them. Any ideas 42? VOR? Cap?

max
cp3
d12 -lil less than max money/3yrs. he won't agrre to this but its worth a shot. his jumping skills will start fading halfway through a max deal. then you're stuck with a 6-10/265 guy who cant shoot for shite and not a big or good enough to rely on low-post moves.
respectable contracts
pekovic 12-14mil/3yrs
jr smith 5-7mil/2yrs
bynum 14-16/5yrs.....
