With the 4th round nearly finished, which players made the smart decision to come out, and who should have stayed in school?

Tharold Simon not included for obvious reasons.

impossible to say. we don't know their academic status or their desire to continue their education. all will get a shot at making an nfl roster even if it's the free agent route. many do not make the NFL so let's hope those come back and finish their degree requirements. i worked my way thru school and i'm 100% positive that it still can be done.

Even though there was a thread about it last night...and got into a long argument about this guy - becoming more and more clear Chris Faulk made a terrible decision potentially money wise.

Oh and regardless of where they get drafted, or dont get drafted...

Ware and Ford made the right decision. They really had no way to improve their stock.

Even if Simon wouldn't have been a dumbass, he would have greatly improved in one more year.

But, i think Faulk of course, somone would have got in within first 2 rounds of 2014 draft unless injury.

Off subject, Miles just gave props to Lavar Edwards, saying he would have been top 2 round pick, if lsu wouldnt have had Mingo and Mont

I think Edwards is next followed by Faulk. Michael Ford and Spencer Ware are so far down the board it's pathetic.

Ware should have stayed, lost weight, and learned to follow his blocks.

Ford probably gains nothing staying.

Tharold could have played himself into a top 2 round given the light amount of corner prospects right now for next year.

Shepard was a UDA from the get go and after round 4 you're more than likely playing for a spot on special teams or 3rd string if you're in the trenches.
