Anything worse than having to wait to do your job?

I could be on the water right now, but have to sit here for 17 hours waiting on some welders to make FOUR 17" welds. Sitting in my truck looking at this beautiful weather has me restless. It will literally take me 45 min to be done with my job. Another day, another dollar. Sorry OB. Running on 3 1/2 hrs of sleep

Yeah, I'm a welding inspector. A lot of sitting around and waiting. I'd rather bust my arse all day than sit in a truck twiddling my thumbs.

Man, that's frustrating.
Best thing to do is get some sleep or read an enjoyable book to get you mind off of "what I COULD be doing."
