About the only thing is that he at least gets to live in Barcelona.

He's not used to losing like that.

Well, we´ll never know the extent of his injury until much, much later. However, rest assured he won´t play this Saturday or Sunday.

I´m not so sure. He´s married. Also, Madrid is chaotic.

Don´t get me wrong, Madrid is fantastic, and very well organized, but Barcelona is bucolic, which is probably more apropo for a calm, married type. Madrid´s definitely got that New York thang going on.

Barcelonians (had to look that up) are assholes. People from Madrid are fun and friendly. And much more attractive.

Just my opinion.

Catalonians are a special breed, also those who aren´t from Barcelona, act the worst.

Catalonians in general are very reserved, but fantastic once the façade is broken.

Madrid is the capital, hence the overall beauty (people come from all over the península), but Barcelona has many, many beautiful women.

Maybe that's why. I was a tourist. Though I always learn enough of the language and culture to be respectful wherever I go. They didn't seem to give a frick.

Night and day compared to Madrid. For a Spaniard, picking up a hot woman in Madrid must be like shooting fish in a barrel with a nuclear missile.

There is a confused amalgam of Parisian, rural man on the make, and second city syndrome, that is for sure.

That's actually Charlie Brown Christmas music that they play in that episode FYI FWIW GTFO. Great show though.

And as depressing as that picture is, it was so much more disheartening to watch him play in that state.

Yeah, I don´t think his presence on the field changed the way Bayern played, if anything, they were happy to defend against ten and an intermittent block to visual tracking of the ball.

When I look at these pictures I think of some of the funnier Messi memes that I've seen
And the fact he's so short and walking with his head down, he looks like a kid
