***______TO ADDRESS A PERSON IN THE OTHER THREAD< USE THE MIDDLE GROUND THREAD.. Try and keep the bickering low this week._________**

******SPOILERS ALLOWED********

quote:

The source writes, “While we won’t spoil anything big about it, we do want to whet your appetite with a few hints, memorable quotes, and first impressions about what you’re in for…” Below are hints about “Game of Thrones” season 3, episode 4 “And Now His Watch Is Ended.”

Three major scenes from the book will be happening. WetPaint says, “One only begins, one is about what we expected, and one is everything we could have wanted and more.”

Five memorable quotes are:

“One misfortune, and you’re giving up?”
“I distrust you because you’re not as smart as you think you are.”
“We mothers do what we can to keep our sons from the grave. But they do seem to yearn for it.”
“He would see this country burn if he could be king of the ashes.”
“I made a choice, and I chose wrong.”

quote:

Next week is.... I don't want to get your expectations too high but.... there is some great stuff. In fact, episode 4 has arguably the best scene this show has ever staged. I've literally watched this one sequence six times.

quote:

Daenerys will finally take command of the Unsullied while Joffrey has a surprising revelation, but you don’t need to wait until Sunday for a photo sneak peek inside!

LINK

quote:

I think this scene in question is going to be when Daenerys sells her largest dragon, Drogon, to the slave masters to buy the 8,000 Unsullied. When she confirms that the army is indeed hers, she turns around and has her dragons and her new "soldiers" betray and attack their masters. She then takes over the city and ends up with both her army and her dragons! That's what I'm hoping for at least. Other than that, I have no idea what this scene could possibly be, and I'm desperate to know more. Otherwise, it looks like Arya Stark is taken to the commander of the Brotherhood, and maybe something about what the Lannisters have in mind for Sansa Stark will also be revealed -- like her wedding to Tyrion. Commander of the Night's Watch Jeor Mormont (remember, his pet raven is always the one who wanted corn) also kicks the bucket in the third book -- he's slain by one of his own men. So perhaps the so-called scene is the Night Watch's mutiny? The episode title "and now his watch is ended" are actually the last lines of his eulogy. So is that it?! I have to know! OMG is it Sunday yet?! Here's the trailer for Sunday's episode:

Episode 4 - 'And now his watch is ended' preview

Rules:

There are no rules, just don't spoil shite for the non readers, and if you can leave them alone.

I think it'll be better this week. Hopefully we can use PsychTiger's Thread to answer book reader questions, and just stop the bickering.

Please everyone restrain yourselves and don't post in there for any reason. I can't deal with another War of the Worlds level mass hysteria week.

Adjusted episode synopsis.

I'm going to refrain from there too. They're way too paranoid about non spoilers so they can be ignorant together. Ill stay in here and in middle ground .

This season has had excellent moments so far. Love the Tyrion Tywin heated conversation in episode 1 as well as the small council scene last episode.

I'll stay out this week, but no promises after the Red Wedding takes place.

I would hope they don't ban anyone for just posting in there (even though I think we should stay out as a courtesy). Spoilers are one thing, but an admin enforced apartheid is a different story.

I hope, but honestly think we'll come out flat with nothing to play for. Bob will be in town and potentially Beast and Beezy so you should come out.
