Going to the range

My wife told me she has her mom coming over for noon so we can go on a date. I was worried until she said we are going to the range so she can learn to shoot! 
I will finally get to shoot my new xds. Hopefully she likes shooting and wants her own. This way I will have an excuse to buy her a Kahr,

Well, me nor the wife liked the xds much. I might sell it to get a kahr 380. We went to Jefferson Gun Outlet so she could see the kahr. They didn't have a 380, but she did look at the Bersa 380. We will go to Shooters Club for her to try out the Bersa. If she likes it, I might just get her that.

I really liked the Sprindfield XD 9mm Sub Compact. I just don't like the way the XDS shoots, and it is a little too much for y wife. Since she wants to start carrying, I will get her something else and get me something different. I want this for CC and I won't like getting the grip extensions for this reason.

The grip extensions won't get in the way, they aren't that big. There are a few OBers who CC the XDS with them.
