I grilled salmon on Monday and have been putting small chunks of cold leftovers in my morning breakfast rolls. Tasty.

No, if there's anything I hate more than salmon, it's leftover salmon.

I'm just kidding, I love it on biscuits.

Lox bagel.

I've also had it in srambled eggs one time with red onions. It was really good.

Yeah definitely - lox usually though. Kick it up a notch with classic combo of cream cheese, tomato slice, red onion & capers.

cold leftover salmon steaks are quite different from smoked salmon you find on lox bagels.

I love a good smoked salmon, but grilled or baked I'm not a fan.

This. Lox is more fishy to me.

Speaking of lox......did an Alaskan cruise a while back and in the morning they had stuff at the buffett to make a lox bagel. I freaking LOADED UP my plate every morning with salmon and red onions. We are talking a couple lbs worth, and tore that shite up.

Cold salmon in the morning is a very common breakfast in Japan.

Leftover Salmon is a pretty badass bluegrass/jam band IMHO.

Yes, I love it in scrambled eggs also.

I always get a slab of salmon from Sam's when I go. I make gravlax by curing it in salt, sugar, dill, black pepper, orange peel and sometimes, caraway seeds. With cream cheese on my fresh onion bread it is my favorite breakfast.

Lox and a bagel covered in cream cheese is the way to get rid of leftover salmon.

Cold Leftover Salmon, however, is a shitty tribute band.
