I've seen the twisted arse storyline, is it just unspeakably graphic and nasty too?

Yes. It is incredibly graphic, pretty much exactly what you'd think after reading the plot line
ETA: Nasty doesnt even begin to describe it. You feel like you need to take a shower and go to confession. At least I did

Now we will get 3 pages of posters acting like a bunch of queasy poons. Like they were dared to eat a cockroach and ate it. I thought the movie had some cool death scenes. The chick with all her teeth knocked that got choked to death by a dick was pretty bad arse. The guy yelling "Newborn porn!" had me laughing and squirming at the same time.
