Why goodbye nnamdi? Doubt it has a effect on cap. Sliding scale of top 51 and this dude near vet minimum. I may be wrong though

I don't know so much that he was beat out by Chase...I assume it was more a decision based on the fact that Chase knew the system and had time with the team. That along with his locker room friendly character, is why he is moving on to bigger things now. McCown is an adequate backup but 1) if Brees goes down Saints fricked 2) if Brees goes down and we can't run the ball Saints royally fricked

I had a kidney stone 3 yrs ago worst pain of my life. My doctor told me to drink a lot of beer, cranberry juice, and ice tea.

If Ryan griffin doesn't get drafted I wouldn't mind getting him as an UDFA.

He was better than Sean Canfield. That dude didn't look like he belonged on an NFL field - hell he didn't look like he belonged on most high school teams.

Is McCown better than Rex Grossman? I think Grosman is still a FA.

I kind of hope we find a QB in the late rounds of the draft or as a UFA now.

Luke will have one or two QB's to compete with in camp I have no doubt. Can't imagine drafting one though unless he is just so high on their board and is a late round gift that CSP cannot pass up. Would be nice to ONE DAY find a QB gem to groom from the late rounds or UDFA.

It's a really weak QB class, but here are some possible late round sleepers. I like Renfree and Rogers (Aaron Roger's little brother)

Sean Renfree, QB, Duke
Height: 6-3. Weight: 219.
Projected 40 Time: 4.88.
Projected Round (2013): 5-7.

Nathan Stanley, QB, Southeastern Louisiana
Height: 6-5. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.95.
Projected Round (2013): 6-FA.

Tino Sunseri, QB, Pittsburgh
Height: 6-2. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.63.
Projected Round (2013): 7-FA.

Jordan Rodgers, QB, Vanderbilt
Height: 6-1. Weight: 205.
Projected 40 Time: 4.69.
Projected Round (2013): 7-FA.
