Bulk Ammo...

Okay so I am below my minimum of 5K rounds of .223 at the house and have an AR-10 arriving in a few weeks. I would like to buy bulk ammo, preferably from Cabelas as I have a ton of points. I see no bulk ammo there anymore, should I look elsewhere or wait for Cabelas to get it again? If I look elsewhere, where is the best place currently? TIA

Its hit or miss everywhere. Pretty much everyone has order restrictions as well. Cabelas has been 1 box on most ammos, some are more. Walamrt is 3 box limit, most of my local stores are 1 box / caliber / day

I just spent $80 on 650 .22 shells this weekend. I can literally remember buying boxes in wal-mart with pocket change not too long ago. I really wish this stuff would get over with already...

Sometimes if you call Cavelas they'll have it. I was watching the ammo thread on AR15.com and someone notifies the board when they have it .
