I feel that I'm justified in posting as the wife is looking for shoes. She even asked me last night while waiting for our reservation if anything interesting was happening on tigerdroppings.

So I did alright.

She's coming back with a pair for you that you'll never want to put on your feet.

Congrats and I am sorry.

It's fun to get married, not as much fun to stay married. You will soon realize how quick you will be cut off for the smallest of things.

C'mon dude, he just got married like 3 days ago. Don't scare him in to an annulment already!

But it's really not that bad sic. Well, as long as you enjoy spending time with your family it's not bad. I still most of what I did before. Play a little video games now and then, play softball summer-fall. Go to a copule Saints/LSU games every year. Only thing is I have a lot less money to do all that stuff now

Of course, I have a kickass wife so that helps

Fwiw, I've been married ~ 5 years and have a 15 month old daughter

I also hate it when they picked the wrong one, and then throw it off on everyone else as if all marriages are that way..

Im too embarrassed to tell my wife I post on message boards. She already thinks I'm a nerd. Ok, she already knows I'm a nerd.

I spend way to much time on here.. I'm pretty sure I couldn't keep it from my wife.

Just yesterday she asked, "So what kind of dumb shite was on tigerdroppings today?"

ETA: For those that can't tell.. that was sarcasm, she just randomly makes fun of me about always being on it.

Please Bruce. What would you do different if single? Play games with all your spare time?

My biggest mistake was cooking for the wife when we were dating, yeah, guess who does all the cooking now that we are married...... sometimes I just want to go home and play some video games dammit!

No I just consider myself lucky, especially when people on here complain about their spouse.

I agree some people just find the wrong person. My wife loves my computer and gaming hobby.

I wouldn't say my wife loves it but she doesn't bust my balls about it. I usually play when she and my daughter are asleep or not home and spend most of my free time with them when they are home

I think it's funny when people say the wife doesn't mind me gaming all the time b/c "it's better than me being out at the bar drunk all the time and cheating on her" as if that is the only other option besides gaming
