I'm going there tonight and I usually rotate the chicken fried steak, vegetable focaccia, and artichoke ravioli. Is there anything in particular I'm missing out on?

Grilled Cheese, but ask them to mix the tomato basil and artichoke soups.

An underrated dish there is the Crawfish Risotto.

Oops. The chicken fried chicken is my go to, but I typed "chicken fried steak".

The mojo po boy definitely has my attention, as does the crawfish risotto. I haven't eaten all day, so healthiness is not an issue at the moment

Sounds like we get the exact same things.

My #1 item is the Veggies on Focaccia.

#2 is the grilled cheese BUT get the tomato soup mixed half and half with their creamy artichoke soup. The tomato soup is too watery and spicy for me on it's own. The mixture makes it taste more like the one at La Madeleine.. creamy.

My other norms in the rotation are Artichoke Ravioli
..and Mojo Chicken Poboy. It's shredded chicken marinated in heavenly sauce. When I was 13, my dad took me to Chelsea's for the first time and showed me this poboy (we split it). I've loved it ever since. Unlike the guy above, I say keep the Swiss. The cheese works perfectly on the sandwich. Also make sure to keep the lettuce. It gives a good crunch to the shredded chicken.

Oh, and as far as apps go, I think the Crawfish Cakes with pepper jelly dipping sauce are awesome.. as is the pesto bread.

Thanks for the input everyone. Ill give a brief report sometime later how it went, but I think we all know they're pretty consistent. And I agree louisianaladt, the crawfish cakes are great. I get that or the spinach artichoke

My SO thinks I need therapy for my Chelsea's addiction. I just think they offer things that your run-of-the-mill casual joints in BR do not, and they do a damned good job at it.

Making their own bread in house plays a big part in how good their food is.

I'm addicted.. and I am moving into a house in 3 weeks that is walking distance..

Grilled cheese. Good by itself or with a chicken breast added.

Chicken mojo. I can't quite put my finger on the flavors. Tomato, onions, garlic, pecan smoke?
