update: With a DVI-D I able to get 66hz at 1080.

CCC auto detects the refresh rates your monitor will accept. There are some guides out there for editing the registry for custom refresh rates but you run a risk by doing so.

Yea CCC is a pain trying to do this. CCC automatically drops my res to 720p if I go higher than 60hz

I like it. There's not much need to use it often though

Which is why I can handle it, but when I do I am not a big fan.
