email him and tell him you will take it off his hands and even give him a little extra for his troubles. Tell you will send him a money order for 5k, he can keep an extra 1k if he sends you the change and the boat

Man I don't know, I just got on it for the first time looking for a boat. Found that one and figured it was stolen and someone trying to offload it. I knew it had to be to good, but wish it were true. I'd bought it and sold it for 3-4 times that.
