Most of those locals are coming from Bogalousa. That has to be one of the poorest towns in S. LA. Worst service at a McD's I've ever been to. Bunch of mouth breathers working there. It's sad to ride through that place.
This seems to be a problem w LA and MS private campgrounds. They're great when they first open, but once they start allowing permanent sites, they go to shite. Everywhere else in this country, private CG's are kept up just fine.

Went to Bogue Chitto this weekend. Actually saw two deer while driving through the park on the way to the splash pad / beach. Left the splash pad just as it was being occupied by democrats

We finally went on camping trip there this past weekend. Beautiful state park, is really a big place. Beautiful woods and trails if you like that. Nice bike riding but kind of hilly. Got a decent place to go swimming in the creek. Had an ok water feature park with a bunch of coons. Sites were really nice with these decks and all. Overall, was a very nice place to go that isn't too far from my house to mix it up.
