Think it's the Blind Pelican. They do have a nice outside set up out front. I want to say janitas operates out of there or they have some of the menu items. I've only been there once or twice but didn't eat.

If you are looking for a slightly more upscale place, Bellocq in Hotel Modern is only a few blocks at Lee Circle. It's a nice atmosphere and solid drink lineup.
