Elliot Porter- Medical Issue?

I was surprised to not see Porter dressed and ready to go as the heir apparent this spring and now CLM has stated he has a medical issue.
Anyone know about his medical issue. Is it something to be concerned about?

Miles said in his presser that Porter will be back during spring practise ,so it's a temporary issue.
