That is a Model HRK. Made in Australia from 1889-1923 for kangaroo hunting.

I actually just hit some random letters on my keyboard that sounded like a foreign gun company. Looks like my subconscious is smarter than I though.

It's a mosin nagant action with a remington armory 30.06 barrel. It has a monte carlo stock. Ser. no. is 585369. I got a gunsmith to check it out and it shoots great. I'm interested in where the action was mmade. I know remington built some for mosin.
