You have some pretty stupid logic there. How would explain an entire inventory and safe of nothing but legendary weapons?? shite that usually has like a 1% drop rate. It's not fake. Gearbox did a hot fix today and for 10 minutes legendary weapon drops were raised 1000%. He signed in during that window and never signed out to get the patch.

The golden showers weapons glitch in BL2 was true. A patch screwed up the drop rates for a few minutes and only those that signed in within the window were lucky/unfortunate enough to experience it.

At least there are no roll backs, I used to hate getting rolled back in EQ when THEY fricked up and people took advantage of it, so they would roll everyone back and at that time it could mean hours of work.
