Still living in this season, but do you personally think JOBlll will be back next year? What will our starting 5 be? And how far do you see that team going?

I think he stays.

Starting 5:

Hickey
Stringer
Martin/Mickey
JOB
Odo

Gets 2nd in SEC and gets a 5-6 seed in NCAA Tournament.

He won't even be close to first round if he leaves. Unless he hates school that much it would behoove him to come back for one more year. Look at Kelly olynyk.

SouthofSouth:
I've heard Odo really is not that special from some guys who have pretty good inside. I've heard he was brought onto the team to help in practice this year, and in case we didn't sign Jarrell Martin. Think he's going to get some action from bench rotate at 5 and give JOB a little break. Could be falls info though. I see:
1. Hickey
1-2. Quarterman (interchangeably playing 1 and 2, doesn't really matter who brings the ball up the court between the two. Would be best 2 guards on the court.)
3. Mickey
4. Jarrell M
5. JOBlll
#3 frosh in starting lineup/hell of a bench/sweet 16

I've watched some Quarterman game and I love what he brings, but I don't think there is even a slight chance he starts next season.

I could see LSU going with JOB down low and Martin at 4, but I have a feeling LSU will go to Odo for his defensive and rebounding presence. While Odo may not have a lot of offensive skills, LSU needs a guy who can block shots down low and gets rebounds. Odo led community colleges in rebounds and if Im not mistaken was up there in blocks as well.

I really like Mickey at 3 and Martin at 4, but I think you want to play Martin as much as possible. I certainly think there will be times next year when JOB and Martin are on the floor as 4 and 5.

While Quartmann would be great for his length and ability, I have a hard time thinking he'd start over Stringer and Morgan. Looking at how much Stringer improved this season, I can't wait to see what another off-season will do to help his game.

I'd be down with that. Thanks for all the recaps this year. Hopefully you'll be posting some sick numbers next year

I could easily see a similar situation with the way Tuba is used now being Odo's situation. He starts and plays 15-20 minutes. Then we can use the rest of the time to get JOB, Martin, and possibly Malone depending on possible redshirt minutes.

I'd be surprised if he went this year.

If he doesn't hire an agent, he can declare for this year's draft, wait for a response, and withdraw before putting his name in. He might do that, test the water. I think you can only do that once though??
Didn't Brandon Bass do that in his first year. then couldn't go till senior?

I hope he doesn't and is definitely not ready. But he wouldn't be the first to make that mistake.

Ive heard that hes not a projected draft pick,so take take for what its worth...I think he would help next years team as a team leader and finally be able to play without the other team double teaming him so much.

They will be much improved next season, however, the other teams will also be improved as well. Those predicting a 5-6 seed are just dumb. How can anyone know how this team will play together next season? Most probably wouldn't have predicted that UK would been fighting for their big dance lives at the beginning of the season.

I think Tasmin Mitchell might have done that. I believe I remember hearing commentators talk about how he tested the water, worked out at the camps, improved a lot, then came back for his senior season. He had a great senior year
