I'm sticking with my Bryant McKinnie fill-in for another SB win

Bye Bushrod.
Only Evans is worth "Evan's type money"

I imagine this was Loomis' reaction as well.
This just goes to show what a joke the Pro-Bowl has been. Average to above-average players get in because guys above them are "injured" or in the SB and these substitutes get an over-inflated sense of their value. Maybe if Bushrod wasn't routinely walked back into Drew last year at least once a game he'd have something to talk about.

I knew this guy was gonna show his AZZ! He is not worth 1/2 what Evans is. He is overrated in a T clas that is below average.

Didn't realize the bolded part. I still think he'll be a suitable stopgap that will be cheaper than Bushrod though.

McKinnie, the free-agent left tackle, wants to get paid too, and he isn't going to give Baltimore a discount even though the Ravens gambled on him two years ago when he was pushing 400 pounds. “They already got me at the discount last season," McKinnie told NFL.com on Monday. "They bought a Maserati, they need to pay for the insurance." McKinnie, who'll turn 34 in September, took a $1 million paycut from a $3.2 million base salary just to stay on the roster last season. He didn't make his first start until the wild-card playoff win over Indianapolis, and only then because guard Jah Reid got hurt, prompting a reshuffling.

I still say he ends up resigning with the Saints once he realizes his market is not nearly as big as he thinks it is.

that won't come close to happening here
good luck, bushrod...I hope we can find a good replacement.
