If anyone knows any others, thanks in advance

About 10 - 14 days before each game. But you can probably guess that the big ones (Georgia, Fla, Ala) will be 2:30 CBS games.

I guess I'm not a true fan such as yourself, since I didn't know when they announce the kickoff times.

the times are fairly easy to predict....UGA/Florida/Bama/A&M/OleMiss all have a good shot at being 2:30 CBS....the rest of our games will be at 7/8pm on ESPN or ESPN2

Check out the SEC schedule for each Saturday. The "best" game is at 2:30, and the rest of the decent games are at night. The only thing screwing everyone up is this new 11am ESPN decent game.

the only reason the LSU-Ole miss is on CBS a lot is because the rest of the SEC schedule that day usually sucks big time.

all that said, Official set-in-stone gametimes aren't released until two weeks prior to SEC games.

Is this the year in the rotation that we have to play an 11 a.m. game?

Gotta believe the LSU-Alabama game will be a 7 p.m. CBS game.

You're thinking of the old "JP" morning game, now called the SECNW game... no, doubt we play in that SECNW timeslot this year.

Last year, there was a new "11am decent SEC game on ESPN" that runs alongside the SECNW game.... we played in it at A&M.

that new ESPN morning game (which is a seperate game than the SECNW morning game) is going to be a thorn in the side and take some getting used to... the #3/4 SEC game of the day (usually a decent game which in the past was always a night game on ESPN or ESPN2) is falling to that slot.

This is where a few posters are supposed to say the Joe needs to put his foot down and tell the networks to screw off. We play our games when we want to because we are LSU dammit.

I think it will be, but you have to think they will give Alabama/A&M some thought as well.

"We'll play the games when we want to play them, and they can televise them or not."

Don't know if this is slam dunk this season, could be 2:30 affair; No deal in place like 11 to 12 season and we are not in top 10 but I think we will be by then!
