Could be a fit if he was willing to play on a 1-2 year deal for a little more than the veteran minimum. Only issues are that he's had injuries sap him for the past two seasons which doesn't help his case as a 35 year old player.

And for this reason I say pass. Yes who can argue what he's done on the field? But I want the saints to start building young stars and stop taking free agents And players that are over the hill. Obviously there are always exceptions to the rule (ala sharper) but for once I want us to have our own versions of Patrick Willis and Aldon smith.

If he's cheap he could be a good pickup. I prefer youth but we need some quality depth now.

Sign his arse. If we sign him and draft Vaccaro with the 15th pick I would be satisfied .

Since when does signing a vet for depth mean you can't still look to draft the next Aldon Smith or Patrick Willis? I'm guessing no matter who they sign in free agency, they would still draft someone like Jarvis Jones is he falls to them.

If they sign James Harrison hell be expected to start just on name recognition alone thus hindering the young talents we have from getting reps. we won't know if we have the next aldon smith or Willis or whoever on our roster cause they aren't hitting the field.

Goodell just fined James Harrison for hitting the open market.

If the prise is right would be a outstanding pic up. I would 100% expect him to start.

You honestly don't think he would sign and ride the bench do you?

He's going to be 35 and has been having injury issues and wasn't that great last year. Why would he expect to start?

Someone needs to explain to me why so many people want to keep Junior or Wilson on the bench? First it's "we need to use first round pick on OLB". Now we have one of the guys stuck on the bench again being replaced by a 35 year old. What happened to having a rotation like has been talked about? Harrison couldn't just be part of a rotation? I really need to know why some of you are so down on our 2 best speed rushers. I don't get it.
