Not yet, that vote was in the committee and now it moves to the floor to vote. I likely will buy hasn't happened yet.

Plenty of reasons, I'll ski elsewhere. They won't get my tourism money anymore.

Sounds like you know everything about this state. Good for you. What are your other reasons?

I never claimed I know everything about the state of Colorado. They've tried too many legislative actions after this sandy hook shite. I'm done with Colorado, just like I'm done with cheaper than dirt and dicks sporting goods.

Fair enough. I will say that legislative action was in play way before SH. Not saying I agree with them, which I don't, but this state has had more than it's fair share of nut jobs shooting up schools and theaters.

Too bad they can't limit the amount of nut jobs per capita instead of ammo...

I agree with you KR, I do not want to spend money in states that disagree with my principles.

The time for me to sweep the "Political" activism of others aside has passed for me. If a person/state feels strongly enough to legislate restrictions on my personal liberties, I will not support their decisions with my money.

Will it matter? Likely not, but I am choosing to stand behind my convictions and not support people or institutions that differ from me ideologically. Liberals have been doing it for years with a smug grin on their faces...so I will do it as well.

Does anyone know of another state that does unguided Elk hunts?

I'm in on that trip. I'm not going to go alone though. I'm fairly loquacious.

It looks like $535 for the Stamp/Permit for Elk plus the $65 NM hunting License.

I think this is getting sidetracked. Do you need to start a spinoff thread on NM Elk hunt to spite CO?

You also have to select the area you want. I don't know enough about the areas to jump.
