Can't miss places to eat in San Antonio and Austin

Will have the kids with me (2,6)...so, family friendly or fun places

It's been awhile since I've been to either place but my next trip must include John Mueller Meat Co. or Franklin's. Both in Austin. I believe both are only open for lunch. At least a hour wait for BBQ. But it must be worth it if the line is long day after day.

For good burgers in San Antonio you can check out Bigz Burger Joint
Pretty good food, some good beers, but best thing is they have a huge area for kids to run around and play while the parents can relax.
The one we went to was near Sea World
We also went to The Koffee Kup for breakfast....one of the best I've had. Place is small, but worth the wait!
