The format I have been using in standard for students I went to school with but I have heard it was garbage. I got my current job at a brokerage with it but am looking for a new job and feel I probalby need a new format to get better interviews? Any ideas on what the best format/template is?

Just end your sentence with is and it should not matter the template.

Are you implying my grammar is incorrect?

This person has a resume column in the Baton Rouge Sunday newspaper and she always has an example. I think her resume's are awesome. Her service is fee based, but she also has some examples on her web site that will give you some ideas. I linked her Q & A page where she has links to examples. Good luck!

Wow, what an Internet bad arse you are
One suggestion I have is ditch any cheesy objective/goal statement.... Instead do a quick sentence about yourself (ex experienced operations professional with a process improvement background)

Most effective template??
Trust me; no employer or manager has ever remembered that GREAT resume template.
Just be sure to put "focused on efficiency and very proficient in Microsoft office."
Nobody ever does that.
