re: Question about tires on a leveled truck - Ling King on 9/16/17 at 11:54 am
typically the size of most premium trim packages on trucks now
This! I am running 295/55/20 Nitto Trail Grapplers on stock sierra premium plus package wheels. Started off with Bilstein 5100 at highest setting and did not like the ride or stance. Dropped the Bilstein to stock settin...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: 2" Level kit or not? Problems/advice? - Ling King on 8/22/17 at 7:21 pm

I kept the Bilsteins on the truck just move the ring to stock setting then added the leveling kit. It rides and looks better. The Bilstein on max height setting was rougher. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

re: 2" Level kit or not? Problems/advice? - Ling King on 8/20/17 at 9:36 pm
Have the same truck except a 2016. Started out with Bilstein 5100 on highest setting liked the firm ride but was not enough lift in the front. After 25000 miles I brought the 5100's down to stock level and put a 2.5inch RC level on it. Rides much better and has a much better stance. Running 295/55/2...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
re: I want a GSP - Ling King on 8/15/17 at 10:53 pm
They need lots of attention. I have two and they are great with kids but will terrorize cats, squirrels, and birds. My daughters rescued a cat and last week while I was out of town said cat gets in my engine and spare tire. $7000 later my 2016 Sierra is at the shop getting new wiring and paint work....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I've used over 40 bags of Royal Oak and got tired of finding rocks, metal, and other debris in the bag, not to mention inconsistent pieces. I'm on my second bag of Fogo and it has been great. Another plus is it's delivered to your door step....

re: ZTR Mowers best choices - Ling King on 3/26/17 at 8:55 pm
I cut 4 acres with a 60 inch Turf Tiger. I can cut, weed eat, edge, and blow everything in less than 2.5 hours if I'm booking it. What ever you do, look at them all, sit in the seat, and get comfortable. The suspension seat on the Scag is a life saver. The liquid cooled Kawasaki is just about bullet...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Talk me out of getting a Chevy/GMC - Ling King on 3/14/17 at 10:10 pm
2016 Sierra SLT here. With the 8 speed transmission it is no dog. I leveled it and put some 33x12.50 trail grapplers on it and still get over 18mpg. My only complaint is that the transmission sometimes shifts funny. Everything else is great. Oh... and if you are buying GMC check out Laura Buick GMC ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
re: Question for those in construction. Is it against regulations for a roofer - Ling King on 11/26/16 at 8:44 pm
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background. Under 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), workers engaged in residential construction six (6) feet or more above lower levels generally must be protected by conventional fall protection (i.e., guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system...

re: Question for those in construction. Is it against regulations for a roofer - Ling King on 11/26/16 at 8:20 pm
If you are working on a house on an 8' ladder you are required to have fall protection.
This is false. Working from a ladder does not require fall protection unless you are working in an area where the ladder puts you above current fall protection measures such as guardrails. Broad ...

re: Metal Buildings - Ling King on 9/27/16 at 10:25 pm
I've got someone building me a pole barn in the next month. 40x60 with front half being a 2BR house. Using scissor trusses to make a loft. I'll post pics once it gets started. This guy builds pole barns and probably orders the kits from the builder. I'll have a 10' porch down front and half...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
