The bottom 2 are pretty much not going to change.
1. Charlotte (14-50)
2. Orlando (18-47)
Then, we have a HUGE chunk of teams. Seriously, this could look completely different in 2 weeks, from top to bottom.
3. Washington (21-42)
4. New Orleans (22-43)
5. Phoenix (22-43)
6. Detroit (23-44)
7. Cleveland (22-42)
8. Sacramento (23-43)
9. Minnesota (22-40)
10. Philadelphia (24-40)
11. Toronto (25-40)

Yep, I am not an advocate for tanking but if we endure this season and end up with the 10th pick, I will be upset.
