Do y'all do it? What's your stress food of choice?

I just overate baked fish and broccoli. That did not relieve any stress, was less fun than chips and now I don't feel good because of the stress and the overeating.

This is probably not F&DB material.

Yeah, that won't medicate you.

Go get some ice cream. You'll feel better.

Stress eating tends to be female. Males tend to drink or use drugs more when stressed.

The most stressful time in my life was when I divorced my first wife after 17 years of marriage. I lost my appetite for months. I'm 5-8 and weighed 165 when I caught her. One month later I was 145.

After a while I thought about regaining some weight but a female co-worker said "Zach you actually look better now. Your face is more angular."

So, I decided to stop at 150.

So, what's stressing you, Darla?

On 'The Biggest Loser", they throw stress eaters in a coffin or make them swim in shark infested waters. They usually stop.

It is.

And Degas, thanks for the offer, but you know there's a whole gang of those little rascals!

Glad I don't have access to ice cream or chips or the usual. Popeye's would be good (bad)!

When I start stress eating,, I try to recognize it as early as possible and switch to Fritos and that cheap, quart size, grocery store Onion Dip to stop, because stress eating can be unhealthy..

When stopping serious stress, everything is about portion size.. That's why I limit myself to that quart..
